Refund policy

Full payment is required to secure your booking, and it is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind. You may receive store credit if you notify us within 7 days of your event. No store credit will be issued for cancellations within 7 days or for failure to collect your item.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is non-transferable.
