How it Works
Hiring with Hire by Lauren is simple. Choose your dress, select your dates and we'll take care of the rest.
1. Choose your dress
Browse our collection and find your perfect look.
Each dress listing includes sizing, fit notes and any important information you need to know before booking.
Select your hire dates, size and delivery option, then complete your booking online.
2. We'll get it to you
Postal Hire
Your dress will be posted early to allow plenty of time for delivery.
Your dress may arrive before your selected hire dates, don't worry! This is intentional and does not change your three-day hire period.
Return postage is $30 and a prepaid express return satchel is included with your order.
Pick Up
Prefer to collect? Pick-up is available from Westleigh NSW 2120.
Your collection and return times will be arranged with you after booking / closer to your event date.
3. Wear & Enjoy
Your standard hire period is three consecutive days.
Take care of your dress while you're wearing it and avoid makeup, fake tan, food, drinks, oils, adhesives and anything else that could stain or damage the garment.
Tag us in your posts and send us extra pics & vids, we'd love to share!
4. Return your dress
Once your event is over, it's time to send your dress home!
For postal hires:
1. Place the dress back into the provided packaging (including the plastic zip bag) as is.
2. Take it over the counter at Australia Post, please don't use a street post box.
3. Return it by 4:00PM on the required return day.
If your return date falls on a weekend, return it the following Monday morning.
Late returns may incur a $25 per day late fee and may result in additional costs if another booking is affected.
If you can’t return your dress on the agreed date, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative return date where possible. Please note that late fees may apply.

They are 30% of the hire cost + $30 return postage, please contact us to organise.
